Currently, Lustrea ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–9 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values


5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

You can track your package using the link provided in your email or SMS.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable, or

  • Incorrect address/phone number is provided

The package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

  • Damaged packaging

  • Leaked product

  • Broken items

Please:

  • Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package

  • Contact us immediately within 10 days of delivery

Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
