Currently, Lustrea ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: 5–9 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner details

You can track your package using the link provided in your email or SMS.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

The customer is unavailable, or
Incorrect address/phone number is provided

The package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

Damaged packaging
Leaked product
Broken items

Please:

Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package
Contact us immediately within 10 days of delivery

Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
