Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
We only accept returns or replacements if the product is received in damaged condition, such as:
Broken bottle or container
Leaked product
Physically damaged outer or inner packaging
Missing items in the package
Returns are not applicable for reasons like:
Change of mind
Skin preference or personal reaction
Fragrance/texture dislike
Opened or used products
Claims without proper proof
To process any return or refund request:
You must record a clear unboxing video
The video should start before opening the sealed package
The shipping label and package must be clearly visible
The full unboxing must be recorded without cuts or edits
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Claims must be raised within 10 days of delivery
Requests made after 10 days will not be eligible
Email us with:
Order ID
Registered name & contact number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video proof
Send details to: info@lustrea.in
Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days.
After approval:
Replacement will be shipped free of cost
OR
Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
